01 Prepare the Cabbage

  • Take some washed and dried green cabbage leaves.

  • Remove the central vein and flatten the leaves with a rolling pin to gently release their juice.

02 Applying Layers

  • Apply 1 to 4 layers of these leaves directly to the area of discomfort.

  • Cover with a cloth and secure the poultice with a fabric band, securing it gently (not too tightly).

  • Leave it in place for 3 to 6 hours.

02 Wrap and Apply

  • Wrap the prepared leaves in a thin gauze and apply directly to the skin.

  • Note: It is often helpful to apply Arnica oil on the affected zone before or after the compress.
