Steam Inhalation

An infusion of elderflower and linden blossoms with a bit of lemon and honey has a warming effect and supports clear breathing. This practice aims to:

  • Provide a warming, soothing effect to the respiratory passages.

  • Support clear respiration and aid in the natural cleansing function of the sinus and upper passages.

  • Utilize bitter substances to gently support the body's natural defense system.
