Nutritional
Bath
A restorative bath that supports profound rest and well-being, often suggested weekly for seven weeks on the same day where possible.
Materials Needed

1 cup bath milk (Preferably biodynamic or organic)

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon honey

1 lemon (Omit for sensitive skin)
This potent bath is designed to nourish the skin, promote deep relaxation, and support the body's natural rhythms. This practice aims to:

01 Prepare Inner Cloth

Prepare the bath.

Start filling the bathtub with water at body temperature (approx. 36°C).

Keep the room warm and free of draughts.

Make the bed warm and place a towel over the lower sheet.

Use hot water bottles if needed.

Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, whisk egg yolk, milk, and honey together.

Halve, juice, and zest the lemon under the bathwater (discard remains).

Add the egg mixture to the bath.

04 Prepare the water

Once the bath is full, gently stir the water in figure-eight motions.

Start in the center and weave the opposite poles together.

Move the water harmoniously without splashing.

Stay focused to impress healing qualities into the water.
05 Prepare bedroom

Let the water become still before entering.

Submerge up to the neck (keeping the head dry).

Relax for 5-15 minutes, as long as the water remains warm.

If perspiration occurs, stop immediately.

Step out of the bath before draining the water.

Do not dry the body.
-
Wrap yourself firmly from shoulders to feet in a pre-warmed sheet or bathrobe.

Put on socks and go straight to bed.
-
Cocoon the body using bed covers, ensuring shoulders are covered.

Reduce stimulation by placing a towel lightly around the crown of the head and ears.

Rest for at least 1 hour.

Note for those caring for others: For children, reading a quiet story may help. Hot water bottles may not be needed.
After-Bath Rest (Essential for Therapeutic Effect)

Unrefined sea salt: 1 level dessertspoon (9g / ⅓ oz.) per litre of wash water.

Fresh rosemary: Use a sprig to make rosemary tea, cover, and steep overnight.

Additional items: Bowl or washbasin, Towel for drying.
This external wash supports the skin's function as a sensory organ and helps to ground and balance the individual. This practice aims to:

Lay out and/or warm clothes for after the wash.

Fill a washbasin with water at 34°C (93°F).

Add the chosen medicinal dilution (either sea salt or rosemary tea).
02 Prepare bedroom

Wet a face flannel in the dilution.
-
Apply to the skin using long, quick strokes (3–6 strokes per body part).
-
Continue wetting the flannel throughout the wash.
